Shipping Information

  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Delivery Time
    Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Regions
    We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia only.

  • Shipping Cost
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

 


 Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility
    You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Process

    1. Contact us at nsl@thevaruza.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our support team will provide instructions and return address details.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Exclusions

    • Sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

    • Products damaged due to customer misuse or opened items cannot be returned.
