How can I return or exchange a product?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team atsupport@thevaruza.comfor assistance.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery status.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. International delivery times may vary.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Are Varuza products vegan-certified?

Yes. All of our products are officially certified by the Korea Vegan Certification Institute, ensuring that no animal ingredients or testing are ever used.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our products are dermatologically tested and formulated with gentle, clean ingredients. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before use.

Do you test on animals?

Never. Varuza is 100% cruelty-free and strictly opposes animal testing.

What certifications do your products have?

Varuza products are Vegan Certified, EWG VERIFIED™, and Dermatologically Tested (DermaTest Excellent, Germany).

What makes Varuza different from other skincare brands?

We focus on fewer, better products made with vegan, clean formulas. Our packaging is eco-friendly, using FSC-certified paper tubes and biodegradable mask sheets to reduce environmental impact.
